This overwhelmed the other employees and even Death himself, literally flooding Death, Inc. With nobody to actually watch over them and keep them in check, the Sorrows became arrogant and stopped following his orders, caring only for the number of souls they reaped. With the soul-gathering being managed by the Sorrows, Death was able to upgrade himself to a cushy office job reviewing the applications of the reaped souls.ĭeath really low-balled the amount of paperwork he'd be facing, though. In the initial trailer and in-game intro cutscene for Have a Nice Death, Death is shown wearing a black business suit with an added hood. Death's empty eye sockets behave in the same way that normal eyes do- they are able to squint, widen, and even blink. He has an upper jaw, though lacks a lower one. Back then, Death didn't worry about mundanities such as turnover or outsourcing.ĭeath appears as a cartoonish skeleton who resembles the typical modern depiction of the grim reaper, the main difference being his short stature. This entity was created from the deepest void, and the person known as "Death" has been around since the dawn of time. We are thinking in particular of the very famous Hades from Supergiant Games or Curse of the Dead Gods.Death - CEO & Co-Founder of Death, Incorporated. In the past, we have already seen several games of this type land on consoles. And it could happen in the next few months. On the other hand, if this question of porting is, for the moment, not relevant, the title could still arrive on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and/or on Nintendo Switch, in the future more or less. Based on the various feedback from players and testers from the specialized press, their priority is currently not related to porting to other gaming platforms, but rather to improving the experience. Indeed, the developers chose the Early Access model in order to have time to enhance their title Have a Nice Death in various ways. Will Have a Nice Death be released on PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo consoles?Īs of this writing, the answer is unfortunately negative. If the developers of Magic Design Studios are currently taking advantage of this version in early access to correct the technical problems encountered or to refine their title by adding various contents, many players are wondering if Have a Nice Death will land, in the future, on the various consoles PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo. Currently available in Early Access, since March 8, on PC, Have a Nice Death has already made a name for itself in the hearts of players.
